HOUSE MOUSE
Typically 2"-4" in size and dusty gray in color, the house mouse is known to be one of the biggest rodent pest in the world. Due to it's small body size, It has the ability to maneuver through very small openings and occupy very small spaces without being noticed very easily. Signs of an infestation include: gnaw marks, droppings 1/8"-1/4" in size or possible damage to your goods.

NORWAY RAT
The Norway rat is 7"-10" in size and is heavily bodied with a blunt nose. It is typically called the street/sewer rat and is one of the most common rats throughout the world. Although they have very poor eyesight, the norway rat has a very keen sense of smell, taste and hearing and can be very agile when moving around. The easiest way to identify this rat is either by the shape of its nose or the size of its droppings which are anywhere from a 1/4" to 1/2" in size. Other signs include gnawing, rub marks against the wall as well as hair left behind.

ROOF RAT
Roof rats are Brown with black mixed in, their fur is soft and smooth. They typically have a gray, white or black underside. They are roughly 16" in length including their tail (Their tail is going to be about the same length as their bodies) with large ears and eyes. Their name stems from their tendency to find shelter and harborage in the upper parts of buildings and structures.
